The beautiful lake in Ellesmere situated in Shropshire called The Mere is painted in this original acrylic canvas painting.
Painted on a streched cotton canvas using vibrant acrylic paints, the scene is painted in an impressionistic style.
The painting captures the reflection of a hanging tree with elegant tree branches falling over the lake and pretty floating waterlilies on the surface of the water.
Inspired by my favourite artist Claude Monet.
