Yr Wyddfa, Crib Goch and Garnedd Ugain wearing their winter blue’s.
This is one of my favourite places in Snowdonia, overlooking a glorious view of the Snowdon Massif. I used a variety of palette knives and thick paint to create the textures on the mountains, and sculpt their form with paint. The vivid winter colours and intense light were a real pleasure to paint.
