After a vacation in Bulgaria, where I photographed many cut trees, I was inspired to create a series of illustrations in which the pattern of a cut tree is the basis. The harmony of the lines and their interpenetration seemed fascinating to me. This illustration is one of them and is made in white on black cardboard. Initially I did it with black ink on cardboard/white sheet, then when editing the pictures in Photoshop I inverted the image and my impression was that white on black looks much better. Then I redid it 2 times so far, white on black cardboard.
