I live on the Isle of Lewis, the crofters look after chickens and many sell their eggs on the side of the road 1/2 doz for £2. It is a typical bird life here and echoes the crofting lifestyle. We also keep three hens. These Light Sussex Hens belong to our friends on the the Isle of Great Bernera.
