This painting was inspired by a winter walk in the suburbs of Tbilisi. I plunged into the mysterious realm of nature, which engulfed the entire city and the mountains in fog. This ambiance was like milk, as if it spilled an even layer over the vast horizon.
For me, it was a state of pleasant melancholy, brooding, and immersion in my own thoughts.
