I had a really amazing experience during my very first astral travelling experience. It was really dark, I was in the middle of a forest around 3 am and I walked into the lake, took all my clothes off and floated. I could not see anything that was underneath me, but I was totally calm, I trusted I was safe and I allowed myself to float and breath in and out calmly. It was the first time in a long time that I truly had no thoughts running through my heard whatsoever. I would give anything to experience that moment and feeling again
