This ‘alleyway to the sea’ is in Laigueglia, the nearest coastal village to where we spend our summers in Italy. The narrow paths between the old houses are cool in the summer though this was the scene early morning with the sun just having risen causing the long shadows.
The A4 size (29.7 x 21cm) artwork comes with a mount and backing board that is A3 size (42 x 29.7cm) to fit easily into this size frame. This original painting has my signature on the front and includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Winsor & Newton watercolour paints on 300gsm, cold-pressed, acid-free, watercolour paper. The artwork is also shown with a frame but this is for illustration purposes only.
