We see a representation of Wrath in the grey manikin sitting in a basket suspended from a branch, near a giant red fruit and several monsters. This figure has his mouth wide open and brandishes a sword menacingly above his head. An armoured demon with a horse’s skull for a head plays the lute, while sitting on a plucked goose who is wearing shoes and whose neck ends in a sheep’s snout drinking water from the river.\r\nHieronymus Bosch is known for his paintings of amazing and wonderful pictures.  He was one of the first European painters to paint about everyday life. He let the horrors he saw each day spill out onto his painting, which was creative and different for his period.\r\nPerfect for adding a statement piece to living spaces that may create a talking point with visitors.\r\nExecuted in excellent quality acrylic paints, painted on all sides, and finished with a glaze of gloss varnish to protect against sunlight and dust. It just needs a nail or wall fitting to sit flush against the wall.\r\nYou will receive a signed certificate of authenticity.\r\nThe painting is 16 x 12 inches in size and is on stretched canvas.\r\nAll art is professionally packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
