Spring Feeling is a small abstract painting; it depicts yellow spring flowers seen against a blue sky and, in the lower part of the painting, against a greenish background. I intended to bring back a fresh feeling of sunny spring by applying specific, well-chosen colours.
As I painted it, there was no war in Ukraine yet; however, the colours show, by chance, Ukrainian flag colours. Coincidentally, I love to use often yellow and blue in my creations.
This small artwork could be an ideal gift for a nature lover, a spring lover, a flower lover, or ... almost everybody.
I mounted the artwork in two mats (US: matted); the colour of the mats is cream/off-white, the size is 30 x 20 cm, and the whole arrangement will fit in standard frames.
Materials: illustration board, professional-grade acrylic paints, varnish, two mounting mats
