Whilst on a recent walk, I came across a garden wall with some flowering snow drops in the gap at the top.
Using acrylic paint and some pastel blocks on a canvas, I created a picture in a slightly impressionistic style which has the snow drops as the centrepiece.
The paint and the pastels deliver an distinctive background whilst the moss covered wall makes a strong foreground. in the bottom right hand side.
