{"product_id":"scottish-croft-at-the-end-of-the-road","title":"Scottish Croft At the End of the Road","description":"Scottish Croft At the End of the Road is an original, realistic drawing, one of my nature-based artworks from the Highlands in northern Scotland.\r\n\r\nI depict here a lonely croft with a view. And what a fantastic view it is! Far away on the horizon, you see the bluish cliffs on the left and even further in the distance, slightly to the right, indicating islands in light blue. Finally, much closer to the viewer on the right side, there is a greenish peninsula with yellow sand patches on its shores.\r\n\r\nThe sky is blue, and the Loch waters in deep azure are ever more intense than the colour of the sky itself.\r\n\r\nThe croft is slightly to the left of the centre of the artwork. I created the drawing in early spring, and you can see that the grassland surrounding the croft is not quite green yet. In the right corner of the charming landscape, you see a field with furrows, a small tree, and a suggestion of a plain farmer's fence.\r\n\r\nCan you imagine living in this place? I imagined it, and I would if I only could. :)\r\n\r\nMaterials: an acid-free, archival and heavy sheet of paper by Hahnemuehle, artists' quality, coloured pencils \"Polychromos\" by Faber-Castell, Detwent's Studio Pencils, as protection, a few coats of varnish for drawings\r\nStyle: realism influenced by Impressionism\r\nSize: 32 x 24 x 0.2 cm; the artwork itself is 30 x 22 cm; this leads to a white margin around the image as a preparation for a mounting mat\r\nThe artwork is not framed.\r\nThe 3rd and 2nd photographs show examples of this artwork in a frame and hanging on various walls.","brand":"Rhia Janta-Cooper","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":55448284987683,"sku":null,"price":120.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0979\/9401\/5011\/files\/scottish-croft-by-rhia-janta-cooper_ux58o_878990934.jpg?v=1786144008","url":"https:\/\/lovely.art\/products\/scottish-croft-at-the-end-of-the-road","provider":"Lovely.art","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
