A self-portrait of a middle-aged torso resting. This is a reclamation of the male, ageing body. Although we tend to be erased when we get older, I am presenting myself unapologetically. We exist. The background suggests that as we get older, the structures that hold us are often removed, our value is degraded and we silently linger in a void.
