This sculpture was inspired by time I have spent in the doñana national park observing and photographing wildlife. It is part of an exhibition I have been preparing based on the animals found in the park which is not far from where I live during part of the year, in the south of Spain. The sculpture shows a young red deer fawn, lifesize resting in the grass.
