The background is dark, but I never use black. Instead there are teals and deep blues that bring out the vibrancy of the glowing greens and yellows of the glass.\r\n\r\nMy fascination is with the not so perfect. In a lot of my work you will see the fractured and the broken, still life arrangements of bits and pieces, texture and colour. I also like to introduce the vibrancy of nature to a scene.
