This acrylic and oil pastel on canvas is another of my intuitive creations, no set idea, plan, was drawn out beforehand. Its my favourite way of coming up with a composition, just going with the flow!The colours are muted giving an overall calming effect on the viewer, in, dare I say it, a way that Rothko's later works did. Textures smooth and then weathered give an interest as do the interplay of hues.
The canvas is unstretched, with raw edges visible and is suitable for cutting to desired size if framed later
