I write short stories and have also written a children's novel, so this painting is inspired by a story I plan to write soon.
This was such fun to paint. I love creating atmospheric backgrounds. This is one of my favourite pieces.
My paintings are intentionally small, 8x8 inches, as many of my regular customers request this size as they are easy to hang, frame or place on a bookcase or mantlepiece.
