They include a humanised bat skeleton which symbolises death, humanised carrion crows and vultures that are known for eating rotten flesh, and a cherub to contrast the darkness but keep the overall intent prevailing. In the centre is a human being devoured by the other figures, it represents myself at the lowest point of hopelessness whilst I was battling Anorexia Nervosa and Depression. This piece is a comment on how Eating Disorder sufferers often already feel deceased whilst still being alive and congratulated on their survival, though their own body and thought are devoured by themself.
