I am interested in how bright sunlight effects figures and water, In particular the effects of semi-silhouette as a figure appears against the sun. This was my reasoning behind the Blue Surfer appearing almost one shape against the light. The contrast of the bright blue swim suite creates the drama that all surfers seem to make as they joyfully glide over the sea throwing more surf around them.
All the edges are painted and the finished artwork is ready to hang.
