I painted this picture from nature. It was a beautiful autumn, and my niece and I went to collect maple leaves to make a wreath. We had a huge wreath that barely fit on the table.
It was brightly coloured and added a festive feel to our routine life. I always wanted to create a festive spirit, not only by following the calendar, but by looking for the smallest opportunities to do so. Therefore, this wreath became for me a symbol of the holiday of autumn, as a holiday of bright changes and renewal.
