I then placed the paper of the boat with the pastel facing onto the pastelmat card and I used a pencil to draw round the drawing, which then transferred the outline of the boat onto the card. \r\n\r\nI then used pan pastels with pastel tools and sponges to create the background and I also used pastel pencils for some of the detail. \r\n\r\nThe card is Clairefontaine Pastelmat card, this is my preferred choice of card when I use pastels, I feel the pastels cling better. \r\nI have left a border so when handling the art you don’t touch the art, although it’s been fixed with a spray it still can be damaged if touched. \r\n\r\nThe art is 18x24cm in size, this includes the border.  \r\n\r\nPostage: Royal Mail second class , I will cover the art with some paper, then put it in a thick crystal clear sleeve and place it in a hard backed envelope for extra protection. \r\n","brand":"Amanda Brown","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":55279358837027,"sku":null,"price":90.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0979\/9401\/5011\/files\/img-0755_yxo0q_1922090136.jpg?v=1782407642","url":"https:\/\/lovely.art\/products\/a-fishing-boat-on-the-seabank","provider":"Lovely.art","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
